1. Having examined the impugned order dated 29th October 2007 Order No.

passed by the Civil Judge (Sr. Division), Bhubaneswar in CMA No.530 of 2006, the Court is not persuaded to hold that it suffers from any legal error. The Civil Judge (Senior Division), Bhubaneswar has apart from correcting a critical mistake also deleted a reference made to one Sumi Das after being informed that there is no such person.

2. The Court is therefore not satisfied that the impugned order was in excess of the jurisdiction of the trial court under Section 152 of the C.P.C. The writ petition is dismissed. The interim order dated 18th July 2008 passed in the present petition stands vacated.
