Mr. S. Jena, learned Standing Counsel for School and Mass Education Department states that the petitioner has filed this application for non-compliance of the order dated 21.08.1998 passed in O.A. No. 1397 of 1998 along with batch. It is stated that the said common order has been challenged by the State before this Court by filing OJC No. 12646 of 1999, which was disposed of vide order dated 24.07.2001. 4.

In the above view of the matter, the order passed by the tribunal has to be implemented, if the same has not yet been implemented, in terms of the direction given earlier, within a period of three months.

The contempt petition stands disposed of.
