This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement (virtual/physical mode).

Considering the petition averments and upon hearing learned counsel for the Petitioner as also learned counsel for the State, the year of G.R. Case No."469 of 2019" appearing in the 7th line of 3rd paragraph of the order dated 16.03.2022 be corrected as "469 of 2020".

In view of the above correction, time period for surrender of the Petitioners in the court below is extended by three weeks with effect from today.

The I.A. stands disposed of.
