1. In the present petition on 2nd May, 2000, the Tribunal was directed to submit a statement of facts on a question regarding rate of tax payable. Thereafter, on 27th January, 2009 i.e. nearly nine years later, it was directed that the paper books shall be filed. However, till date the paper book has not been filed.
