Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

Looking to the allegation involving Annexure-5, it is for the State Election Commission, O.P.2 to find resolution to such dispute. In the circumstance, this Court disposes of the Writ Petition simply observing, for the role of the State Election Commission, O.P.2, it is duty-bound to take care of the dispute involved in a way to hold election trouble free and free from doubt in the mind of entire Electorate.
