This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Both the victim and the petitioner are present in person in Court today. The victim was identified by learned counsel for the informant in Court today.

On query being asked by this Court, the victim submits that she had love relationship with the present petitioner and now they are married each in a temple and residing as husband and wife peacefully together.

Considering the facts and circumstances and further taking into consideration the submissions made by the learned counsel for the respective parties, this Court directs that the petitioner shall surrender before the learned court in seisin over the matter and moves for bail, the bail application of the petitioner shall be
// 2 // considered and released on bail on such terms and conditions as would be deemed fit and proper.

Accordingly, the bail application stands disposed of. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
