1. Learned counsel for the Petitioners states that the stay order Order No.

passed by this Court on 11th June, 2008 has served its purpose and he does not wish to press the writ petition at this stage any longer reserving the right to approach the authorities with a fresh representation if any cause of action still survives.

2. According to the above statement, the writ petition is disposed of as not pressed with the liberty as prayed for.
