This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement (virtual/ physical) mode.

The Petitioners having been implicated in connection with Balasore Town P.S. Case No.177 of 2017 corresponding to C.T. Case No.1769 of 2017 on the file of learned S.D.J.M., Balasore running for the alleged commission of offence under section-498A/294/506/436/34 of the IPC, have filed this application under section-438 of Cr.P.C. for their grant of anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest in the above mentioned case.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned Counsel for the State.

Considering the submissions made and on going through the nature of accusations as those emanate from the materials on record; further keeping in view the other surrounding circumstances; I do not find it to be a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the Petitioner.

The ABLAPL is accordingly dismissed.
Interim order passed on 20.04.2021 does no more survive. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
