2. Heard Mr. R.N.Behera, learned counsel for the petitioner-wife.

3. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking transfer of Civil Proceeding No.61 of 2022 filed under Section 13 (1) (i) (a) of the Hindu Marriage Act from the Court of learned Judge, Family Court, Cuttack to the Court of learned Judge, Family Court, Jajpur.

4. Mr.Samantaray, learned counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw this transfer petition as the same has become infructuous. To that effect, he has filed a memo in Court today. The same be kept on record.

5. Accordingly, the TRP (C) is dismissed, as infructuous. .........................
