Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

The petitioner is in custody in connection with P.R. No. 155 of 2021 corresponding to T.R. Case No. 28 of 2021 pending in the Court of Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Ganjam for the alleged commission of offence under Section 20(b)(ii) (C) of NDPS Act. 4.

Considering the fact that the seized contraband is more than commercial quantity weighing 120 kgs of ganja, I am not inclined to allow the prayer for bail, which is therefore rejected. 5.

The BLAPL is accordingly rejected.
