Petitioners for having sufficient alternate remedy to bring the documents likely to support the case of the petitioners-plaintiff, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners does not want to press this Civil Miscellaneous Application and on the other hand seeks withdrawal of the same with liberty to the petitioners to bring appropriate application in the suit itself for consideration of the trial court. Consequently, the Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands disposed of as withdrawn but however with liberty as prayed for.
