Taking into the recitals in the I.A. and the submissions of the learned counsel for the parties, the G.R. Case Number- '82' appears in Paragraph-3 of the order stands corrected as '84' and the time stipulated with Paragraph No.4 of the order is extended for a further period of three weeks from today, other stipulation in the said order remains unaltered.

The I.A. accordingly stands disposed of.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to correct the G.R. Case Number appearing in the brief in terms of the recitals in the I.A. in Court.
