1. Pursuant to the order passed by this Court, a meeting was held on the issue of relocation of Central Poultry Development Organization (CPDO), (Eastern Region) from Nayapalli (Bhubaneswar) to Talagada & Bentakarpada (Baranga) on 20th September, 2022. The minutes of the said meeting has been enclosed with an affidavit of the Joint Commissioner of CPDO dated 29th September, 2022.

2. In view of the fact that the minutes records the decision taken on facilitating the relocation of the CDPO in a time bound manner, the Court does not consider it necessary to pass any further directions in the matter.

3. The petition is accordingly disposed of.
