This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No. 870 of 2022, arising out of Bikrampur FCI P.S. Case No. 98 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Talcher for the alleged commission of offence punishable under Sections-341/294/354(B)/506/307/34 of the I.P.C.

Learned counsel for the State on the basis of the recitals in the Case Diary submits that the injuries are simple in nature.

Learned counsel for the petitioner brings to the notice of the Court that other co-accused are released on bail in the meanwhile by the learned Court in seisin over the matter. 6.

Considering the nature of allegation that the petitioner is a lady, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the petitioner shall be released on bail. The Learned Court in seisin over the matter to fix the terms and conditions as deemed just and proper.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
