Mr. Mishra, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, there be order made for return of the gold ornaments on having repaid the gold loan.

Mr. Roy, learned advocate appears on behalf of the bank and submits, petitioner, if wants return of the ornaments, must pay back Rs.9,345/-.

Petitioner will approach opposite party no.2 with website copy of this order and demand draft for Rs.9,345/-, drawn in favour of said opposite party, on 20th July, 2020 at 11.00 a.m. Said opposite party is directed to act on receipt of the demand draft, in delivering the gold ornaments to petitioner. The delivery must be effected by tallying

// 2 // with the record of inventory made at time of deposit. On delivery of the ornaments petitioner will duly execute receipt thereof, in favour of opposite party no.2.

Mr. Mishra prays for further direction on issuance of 'no dues certificate'. That will not be necessary since this order is being made in continuation of order dated 11th May, 2022, directing return of the ornaments on payment of said sum, to close the account. 5.

The writ petition is disposed of.
