Mr. Das, learned advocate appears on behalf of appellant and submits, his client is aggrieved by the award but mistakenly, on incorrect advice, the appeal was filed in this Court. She has to challenge the award. He submits further, the appeal be dismissed with liberty to his client to take steps accordingly. The appeal was filed on 17th May, 2019. He prays for return of signed copy of the award. 2.

On query from Court he submits, notice has not been issued. 3.

On above record of submission, the appeal is dismissed with liberty to appellant for taking steps to challenge the award. The department is directed to obtain through copy of the award and returned the original.
