Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.

Learned Addl. Standing Counsel informs that notice on the victim/informant has been served on 19.06.2022. 4.

The petitioner is in custody in connection with Thuamul Rampur P.S. Case No.51 of 2022 corresponding to C.T. Case No.25 of 2022 of the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Court under POCSO Act, Bhawanipatna for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 363/366/376(2)(n)/376(3)/294/323/34 of IPC read with Section 6 of POCSO Act.

Considering the nature of accusations as also the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of Cr.P.C., I am not inclined to allow the prayer for bail, which is therefore rejected.

However, it is open to the petitioner to renew his prayer after examination of the victim during trial. 7.

BLAPL is accordingly rejected.
