2. Accordingly, the Petitioner is permitted to point this out to the trial Court by filing an appropriate application.

3. The petition is disposed of. The interim order passed earlier stands vacated.

4. The Superintendent of the concerned Branch is directed to immediately communicate this order to the concerned Subordinate Court.
