Heard the learned counsel for the Parties.

Considering the innocuous prayer made in this Writ Petition, this Court directs the opposite party No.3 to look into the request of the petitioner vide Annexure-2 and take a lawful decision in the matter by completing the entire exercise within a period of one month from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order by the Petitioner.
