The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties to publish his result of the 3rd semester examination (Mechanical Branch) conducted in the year 2014. 4.

Since the petitioner has approached this Court by filing the writ petition in 2021 after a lapse of more than 7 years, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition, as the same

suffers from delay and laches.
