This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement (virtual/physical mode).

Petitioner is a proprietor of M/s. Chakadola Enterprises, which had availed Cash Credit facilities from UCO Bank, Badamulabasanta Branch, DistrictKendrapara. Due to non-servicing of the account, it had been classified as NPA and recovery process under the SARFAESI Act, 2002 was initiated.

3. By filing the present Writ Petition, the prayer essentially is for extending the time to deposit the remaining balance in terms of a settlement before the Lok Adalat.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the present Writ Petition has become infructuous as upon amounts due, the loan account has been closed.

In view of the above, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
