This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioners does not want to press the I.A. application.

Accordingly, the I.A. is disposed of as not pressed. I.A. No.2120 of 2023 4.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

The Interlocutory Application has been filed for seeking modification of conditions imposed on order dated 11.10.2022. 6.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the Petitioners that at the time of surrender the Petitioners, who come to know that there are two antecedents against Petitioner Nos.1 & 2. So far Petitioner No.4 is concerned, he has three antecedents. It is further contended by learned counsel for the Petitioners that all those antecedents are involving offences punishable for a period less than 7 years. 7.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the order dated 11.10.2022 is modified to the extent that the Petitioner Nos.1 & 2 shall be released

// 2 // on bail subject to verification of their antecedents. If they are having less than three antecedents, they shall be released on bail subject to furnishing a cash security of Rs.3,000/- (Rupees three thousand) each before the Court in seisin over the matter which shall be kept in interest bearing fixed deposit account in the name of the court in any nationalized bank and renewed from time to time till disposal of the case.

So far Petitioner No.4 is concerned, he shall be released on bail subject to verification of antecedent, in the event, the Petitioner No.4 is having less than four antecedents, he shall release on bail subject to furnishing a cash security of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees five thousand) before the Court in seisin over the matter which shall be kept in interest bearing fixed deposit account in the name of the court in any nationalized bank and renewed from time to time till disposal of the case.

Let the Petitioners approach the learned trial court along with a certified copy of today's order and a copy of order dated 11.10.2022 which shall be acted upon by learned court in seisin over the matter. 10.

The I.A. is disposed of accordingly.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
