1. In view of the minimal tax effect, the Court is not inclined to Order No.

interfere. The question of law any way stands answered in favour of the Revenue in the order dated 19th April, 2021 in STREV No.80 of 2006 (M/s. Shree Durga Rice Mills v. State of Orissa).
