This writ petition has been filed challenging the order dated Order No.

11.05.2018 passed by the Director, Consolidation, Odisha Cuttack in R.P. Case No.599 of 2017. It appears, there is four years delay in filing the writ petition. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate application. Consequently, the writ partition stands dismissed as withdrawn but however with liberty as prayed for. 2.
