Petitioners in this writ petition seek for a direction to Tahasildar, Soro-Opposite Party No.2 to demarcate Plot Nos. 71, 55 and 89/1233 under Khata No.395/357 situated in mouza Pananda under Soro tahasil.

In course of hearing, Mr. Mohanty, learned counsel prays for withdrawal of the writ petition to pursue the application before Tahasildar, Soro.

Considering such submission, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
