This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The Petitioner in this writ petition prays for a direction to the Tahasildar, Kalampur in the district of Kalahandi to entertain the application under Annexure-2 for demarcation of Plot No.453/827 under Khata No. 72/8 situated in mouza Kalampur in the district of Kalahandi.

In course of hearing, Mr. Panigrahi, learned counsel for the Petitioner fairly concedes that although the sale deed was executed in favour of the Petitioner, but R.O.R. could not be prepared in his name as he was absent in the village during settlement operation.

In view of the above, the prayer made in the writ petition cannot be entertained. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
