This writ petition involves following prayer:- "The petitioner, therefore, prays that Your Lordship's may graciously be pleased to admit the writ application, call for the records from the court below and direct to the Tahasildar, Cuttack for early disposal of the case bearing Diary No.4177 dated 5.9.2019 within a stipulated period for the ends of justice.

And for this act of kindness the petitioner shall, as in duty bound ever pray."

Considering innocuous prayer involving herein, this Court observes in the event such proceeding is pending for final adjudication, same shall be concluded finally at least within a period of three months from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order.
