This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No. 338 of 2022, arising out of Nimapara P.S. Case No.102 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C., Nimapara, Puri for the alleged commission of offence punishable under Sections 341/294/323/324/307/427/379/506/34 of I.P.C. 4.
Taking note of the compromise stated to have been narrated between the parties and being cognizant of the allegations and the counter allegations, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the petitioners shall
be released on bail. The Learned Court in seisin over the matter to fix the terms and conditions as deemed just and proper. 5.
Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.
