None appears for the petitioner at the time of call. 3.

Earlier when the matter was listed on 04.12.2015, none appeared for the petitioner and direction was given to remove the defects pointed out by the Stamp Reporter within a week, failing which the matter be placed before the Bench for orders. Thereafter, when the matter was listed on 31.03.2016, none appeared for the petitioner and direction was given to remove the defects pointed out by the Stamp Reporter within two weeks. But till date the said orders have not been complied with. 3.

In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed for non-compliance of the orders dated 04.12.2015 and 31.03.2016.
