Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

The Petitioner alleges that the Municipal Council involved herein without initiating any proceeding straightway issued notice for vacating the disputed property within seven days. 3.

Considering the allegation to be a serious one, this Court disposing of the Writ Petition grants liberty to the Petitioner to raise his objection to such notice at least by 2.5.2022. In the event of filing of such objection, there shall be consideration of the objection of the Petitioner by completing the exercise and giving opportunity to the Petitioner at least within a period of one and half months. Till such period, there shall be status quo in respect of the disputed property. This order is however provided that there is no encroachment proceeding initiated and completed against the Petitioner.
