1. In the last 10 years, Opposite Party No.2 has remained unserved. The basis for seeking quashing of the FIR is that there is a compromise between the parties.

2. It will be open to the parties if there is such a compromise to have the statements of the parties recorded to that effect in the court below in accordance with law.

3. The CRLMC is accordingly disposed of with the above observations. The interim order dated 10th May 2012 passed in the present application stands vacated. A copy of this order be communicated to the Court below forthwith.
