This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

RJ 2.

Since the matter is being disposed of at the stage of admission, the defects pointed out by the Registry are ignored.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that after being engaged as Sikshya Sahayak in TG Arts category on 18.12.2013 in Singpur Upgraded Upper Primary School in the education district Keonjhar under Banspal Block under Block Education Officer, Banspal, the petitioner met with an accident went to coma and thereafter after his recovery approached the authority on 13.04.2021 (Annexure-3) to join in his post as he was working prior to meeting with the accident. It is submitted that the authorities have not taken any decision on his request and he made a representation as at Annexure-4 dated 14.07.2021.

It is submitted that the authority may be directed to consider the representation of the petitioner in accordance

// 2 // with law and take a decision on the same.

Learned Standing Counsel in response submits that any representation by the petitioner shall be considered in accordance with law and disposed of in due time. 6.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties, it is directed that the appropriate authority shall take a decision on the representation dated 14.07.2021 (Annexure-4), copy of which shall be submitted by the petitioner again along with all the relevant documents sought to be relied upon by the petitioner and certified copy of this order.

The authority shall take a decision as expeditiously as possible within three months from the date of communication/production of certified copy of this order and shall intimate the same to the petitioner within two weeks.

The petitioner shall have the liberty to take follow-up action pursuant to the order that would be passed by the authority.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. 10.

It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case in any manner whatsoever.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
