This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioner for quashment of the proceeding in 2(a)CC Case No.633 of 2011 pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Panposh and direct the release of the vehicle bearing registration number OR-14-V-9541 in favour of the Petitioner. 3.

This case is of the year 2012. None appears for the Petitioner, when the matter was called.

It appears that the Petitioner is a recalcitrant litigant and does not want to proceed with the matter and has lost interest in the litigation.
