Upon hearing learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State, while extending the period of surrender of the Petitioner for two weeks with effect from today, it is also observed that all such subsequent developments including the grant of bail to the co-accused persons, if any, would be considered by the learned court in seisin of the case in its proper prospective while considering the prayer for grant of bail to the Petitioner. 3.

The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.
