The Writ Petition was dismissed for non-prosecution but however before issuing notice. Considering the grounds stated herein and after hearing the submission of the learned ASC, this Court finds, there is ground for allowing the CMAPL. In the process, this Court allows the CMAPL by restoring W.P.(C) No.9993 of 2022 to file.
