Mr. Sarangi, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, his client claims the surplus on sale of the secured property belonging to her deceased husband. He submits, his client made representation dated 21st April, 2022 saying that the sale be made according to deed of declaration dated 11th September, 2013 made by the borrower.

Mr. Sharmadhi, learned advocate appears on behalf of the bank and submits, there be service upon him. Mr. Sarangi serve copy of the writ petition, in Court. Mr. Sarangi submits, there be direction made for consideration of said representation, since there is no allegation made against the bank.

The bank is directed to deal with and dispose of said
