Heard Mr. B. Sahoo, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. A. Mohanty, learned Counsel for the opposite parties. 3.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking to quash the letter/order No. 23 dated 05.04.2022 issued by opposite party no.2 under Annexure-11 and to declare the petitioner educational institution not to come under the purview of EPF & MP Act and as such the demand raised in the proceeding under Section 14 B & 7Q of EPF & MP Act is illegal. 4.

Since the order impugned is appealable one, learned counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach the appropriate authority.
