ORDER

1. The counsel for the Petitioner is permitted to correct the amount reflected in para 6 of I. A. No.13853 of 2022 in Court today.

2. Learned Senior Counsel appearing for the PetitionerManagement states that on the application (I.A. No.6210 of 2022) filed seeking recall/modification of the order dated 15th February, 2022 passed in W.P.(C) No.18057 of 2008, this Court by an order dated 16th September, 2022 observed that "on payment of the aforesaid amount, dispute between the parties would be finally resolved", but the same was not reflected in the order dated 16th September, 2022. Accordingly, a prayer is made to modify the said order.

3. Learned counsel for the Opposite Party No.1-Workman does not dispute the above submission.

4. Having heard learned counsel for the parties, the 2nd paragraph of the order dated 16th September, 2022 is modified and will now be read as under:

"2. Having considered the submissions on behalf of the parties, the Court directs that the aforementioned sum of Rs.50,000/- shall be paid by the ManagementBank to the Opposite Party No.1-Workman together with simple interest @ 6% per annum on the said sum from 15th July, 2008 till the date of payment, which shall not be later than eight weeks from today. On payment of the aforesaid amount, the dispute between the parties would be finally resolved."

5. The order dated 16th September, 2022 is modified to the above extent only.

6. The I.As. are accordingly disposed of.
