This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioner for quashment of the order dated 12.08.2009 passed by the learned S.D.J.M., Udala in CMC No.32 of 2008 wherein the learned S.D.J.M has awarded a monthly maintenance of Rs.500/- to the Opposite Party-wife which is confirmed by the learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Baripada vide order dated 13.03.2012 in Criminal Revision No.9/34 of 201009.

3. None appears for the Petitioner, when the matter was called.

4. It appears that the Petitioner is a recalcitrant litigant and does not want to proceed with the matter and has lost interest in the litigation.

5. Hence, this CRLMC stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
