Instant I.A. is filed for modification of Court order dated 19th December, 2022 passed in CRLMC No.1374 of 2014. 3.

Before allowing necessary modification of the Court's order dated 19th December, 2022 in CRLMC No.1374 of 2014, the Court is inclined to ensure appearance of the informant, namely, opposite party No.2 for clarification and final orders. 4.
