Mr. S.S. Kanungo, learned Addl. Government Advocate has produced instruction in writing from the I.I.C., Laxmisagar Police Station, Bhubaneswar. From the said instruction, it transpires that, the petitioner's wife, name withheld for protecting her identity, has appeared before the said Police Officer and stated that, she had not been abducted by Opp. Party No.4. She had left the petitioner's house voluntarily and on her own will. Now, she is living alone. She has further stated that, she is not inclined to live with the petitioner. 4.

In view of that, this petition stands closed, as there survives nothing to proceed for.

Mr. S.K. Bhanjadeo, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

It is needless to say, the petitioner is at liberty to take appropriate action at his end.
