Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the present CONTC has become infructuous as the Commissioner of Endowments, Odisha, Bhubaneswar has passed the order dated 15.03.2021 in compliance of the direction passed by this Court on 04.03.2021 in WP(C) No. 8518 of 2021 pertaining the award of tender for purchase of 'Bhog coconut' from the temple authority for the Financial Year 2020-21.

3. In view of the aforesaid, the CONTC is disposed of infructuous.
