2. In the circumstances, leaving it open to the Petitioner to urge all the pleas raised in the present petition before the trial Court at the appropriate stage, the petition is disposed of. The interim order passed earlier stands vacated.

3. The Superintendent of the concerned Branch is directed to immediately communicate this order to the concerned Subordinate Court.

4. The Petitioner will appear before the trial Court on 11th July, 2022.
