1. It is seen from the affidavit filed by the Inspector-in-Charge, Jajpur Police Station on 22nd September, 2014 in the connected petition i.e. CRLMC No.1262 of 2012 that the chargesheet in the present case has already been filed on 10th April, 2012. Therefore, the subsequent order transferring the investigation to CID Crime Branch was cancelled by an office order dated 27th April, 2012.

2. In that view of the matter, no further order is required to be passed in this petition. The petition is disposed of accordingly.

3. The Superintendent of the concerned Branch is directed to immediately communicate this order to the concerned Subordinate Court.
