Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Considering the recitals in the I.A. and taking into account the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner relating to difficulty faced by the petitioner No.1-Jugesh Chandra Biswal in surrendering within the time stipulated, the time stated for surrendering in Paragraph-4 of the order is extended for a further period of three weeks from today relating to petitioner no.1.

The other stipulations in the said order remain unaltered. 5.
