1. The short ground, on which the Review petition is filed, is that the Order No.

order under review is a non-speaking one. Indeed, the order under review dated 1st February, 2010 contains no reason whatsoever for dismissal of the writ petition which had been filed to challenge the order dated 13th July, 1994 of the Orissa Administrative Tribunal in T.A. No.132 of 1988 and the consequential order dated 25th November, 2004 passed in M.P. No.3106(C) of 1994.

2. In that view of the matter, while recalling the order dated 1st February, 2010, this Court restores W.P.(C) No.11139 of 2009 to file and directs its listing before the Roster Bench on 21st December, 2022.

3. The RVWPET is disposed of with the above terms.
