Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Pahal P.S. Case No. 49 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 399 of 2022, pending on the file of the learned JMFC(O), Bhubaneswar for commission of offence under Sections 420/34 of the I.P.C.

Taking into account that the cause of action relates to the years 2012/2014 and the allegations prima facie based on documentary evidence, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, petitioners shall be released on bail by the learned court in seisin over the matter on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper. 05.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.
