This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Jankia P.S. Case No. 130 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 584 of 2022, pending on the file of the learned SDJM, Khurda for commission of offence under Sections 294/323/325/307/354/506/34 of the I.P.C.

Learned counsel for the State on the basis of the recitals in the case diary submits that the injuries are simple in nature and are attributable to one Debraj Behera, who is not a petitioner before this Court.

Considering that the petitioners are ladies and taking into account the nature of the allegations, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail,

petitioners shall be released on bail by the learned court in seisin over the matter on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.
