1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode. Order No.

2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

3. The Petitioner is in custody since 13rd March, 2022 in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No.85/2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No.203/2022 pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Dhenkanal for the alleged commission of the offence under Sections 457/395 of I.P.C.

4. It is alleged that the Petitioner and two other persons entered into the house of the informant and committed robbery by taking away several gold ornaments and cash. In course of investigation a sum of Rs.7,000/- only was recovered from the Petitioner. He was not identified in the T.I. parade.

5. Considering the submissions made, the materials on record and the period of detention in custody, I am inclined to allow the prayer for bail. Let the Petitioner be released on bail on such terms and conditions as may be imposed by the court in seisin over the matter in the aforesaid case including the condition that he shall personally appear before the court below on each date of posting of the case without fail. Further he shall appear before the I.I.C. of Dhenkanal Sadar P.S. on every Monday at 10.00 A.M. for a period of three months.

6. The BLAPL is disposed of.
