This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Erasama P.S. Case No. 38 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 93 of 2022, pending on the file of the learned JMFC, Erasama for commission of offence under Sections 147/148/341/323/294/427/353/354/506/149 of the I.P.C.

Taking into account the release of the co-accused by this Court by order dated 19.05.2022 in ABLAPL No. 4387 of 2022, since it is stated that the petitioners are similarly circumstanced, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, petitioners shall be released on bail by the learned court in seisin over the matter on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper. 05.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.
